Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will work with and support our business to business (B2B) parts channel
managers and regional sales managers. The role will be responsible for influencing customer
satisfaction for the entire organization and create "Customers for life." The Inside Sales Representative
work with internal and external customers to support the departments goals and objectives.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:
- Answer all incoming inquires via phone, email, or website
- Open, work, and ultimately close all sales cases
- Provide order updates and order Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)’s for open sales orders
- Monitor backorder report and provide customer follow up
- Assist with B2B sign up process
- Communicate clearly with Parts Channel Managers and Dealership Regional Managers to
assist with channel specific activities - Participate in outbound sales strategies to upsell and capture more sales
To be considered an Inside Sales Representative, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a contact center
- Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of essential Customer Service/Customer Support concepts and best-practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proven reliability in a fast-paced contact center environment
- Well-developed problem-solving skills and the talent to work with challenging customers
- Consistent follow-through, with a commitment to achieving a positive customer experience through every interaction
- Strong organizational skills and the composure needed to juggle multiple customer concerns at once
- Tact and professionalism when handling sensitive/confidential information
A successful candidate may also have:
- Experience in the business to business sector
- 1 year of experience with Salesforce
- 1 year of experience with Omni-Channel Support (simultaneous Live Agent Chat, email, and phone support)
- 1 year of experience in Automotive, Fleet Management and/or Alternative-Fuels sectors
- 1 year of experience with Talkdesk
- Expert knowledge of the ROUSH and Street Legal Performance (SLP) product line, applications and fitments
- Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends
