Due to our steady growth, we have an immediate opening for a Brand Manager to join the Roush Performance team! The Brand Manager is responsible for overseeing the brand equity, brand communication and activation plans. The Brand Manager will develop and execute commercialization and launch plans for all Roush Performance and SLP brand activities. The position will oversee the marketing budget and develop long-term brand strategy as well as short-term tactical plans. This position is located at our Plymouth, MI facility.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, oversee and manage the brand equity for Roush Performance and SLP
  • Leverage consumer and customer insights to develop brand communication strategies
  • Manage brand sponsorships, influencers and equity partnerships to deliver brand growth
  • Oversee the development and execution of dealership onboarding, training and communication outreach
  • Manage the marketing communication budget to align with sales goals and deliver business growth
  • Partner with internal consumer insights and sales teams to identify market opportunities for growth
  • Brand Manager will coach and develop direct reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of brand management experience
  • Passion for the performance automotive industry
  • Highly collaborative work-style and willingness to jump in to solve business problems
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate in both a verbal and writing setting
  • Brand Manager must be highly proficient in business analysis and developing recommendations
  • Must be a well-organized, independent worker who is able to self-motivate against a work plan
  • Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to travel up to 25%

Preferred Skills

  • Supervisory/managerial experience preferred
